  • "We miss having you with us, and we're bringing the team back together."
  • "We're starting a 6-week training series on Wednesday, Nov 4 at 6 PM."
  • "Can you join us in person? We only have 20 seats. If not, you can join on Zoom."

After each call, tell the team who picked in person or Zoom, and they text the right link.

What happens when someone registers

  • Their in-person or Zoom choice is saved on their contact.
  • They get a confirmation text and an email with an add-to-calendar button.
  • Reminders go out Monday at 10 AM, and Wednesday at 9 AM and 5 PM.
  • You'll get a seat count so we can close in-person sign-ups at 20.
